Those TSWs are nice. Some 04ish Impala LS Sport 17" wheels would look good too:

any time ive tried to put tint on my side windows ive gotten a ticket from our PITA state troopers. most of rural ny is patrolled by them now. hope you dont have a problem but i doubt it will be long.

JW is right. Back doors and rear window are ok, but as soon as you start messing with the front doors, they seem to hunt you down.
Our local rural cops are generally ok, but its the troopers that seem to like handing out those tickets.
I have a few friends that work in auto custom install places, and they've told me that generally speaking, anything that looks "tinted" will get you a ticket. They can't be bothered to measure it for light transmission, so, they will ticket you if it looks dark. Especially on cars with a darker interior, since cars with a lighter interior will still show contrast.
I could probably get away with a 30% tint on my LeSabre, since the interior is light grey. But on the Silverado, which is a dark grey interior, no way.

Which really stinks on days like today...we are supposed to be in the high 90s for the next 2 days.

exactly, it really aggravates me that we have the law in the first place. in my old monte it was black on black and days like this i would go out there and the temp gauge i had in it said 130-140 my new one slightly better but not as much as it would be if i could tint the side windows

NY = East coast California lol

Lucky for me I very rarely see any staties. There are a few spots they sit on my way to work but I would imagine they're looking for speeders, not for tint. Rochester P.D. could not care less lol. My interior is tan leather so that helps a little. *all this said while knocking on wood*
