I taped 'em up nice and good



Here they are... I have some pics of 'em on..i'll post 'em on here in an hour or so..
It really looks good, i like the way it turned out.

I think it looks alot more uniform..and less variations of colors is good too.

What did you apply to them? I'm assuming it was sprayed on from the spray can lid in the first pic?

I bought Transparent Spray-0n Black Window tint at a local hobby store, then used semi-gloss laquer to cover 'em. I bet it'd look pretty nice on ur black bonn.

That'* why I was asking. How much does it decrease the light output by? Are they still easily seen during the day?

When the turn signals are flashing..(considering the tint is transparent) ..it'* like i didn't even tint them. It doesn't decrease anything i'd say. I guess it depends what you buy. For me it didn't make a change..but black as can be when they aren't flashing.

Wow, that sounds really cool. How hard is the removal and re-installation of the fixtures?
