Yes NY is 70% in, but I have 20 in the back and 50 on the sides and havent had any problems yet with the tint. Even though I live in PA, I will keep mine registered io pass inspection here.

It really makes me wish tint on the front windows was legal in Alberta, and now its enforced REALLY strongly...
