It was the first time NS went to a full province wide state of emergency.
It shut down the city for nearly a week.
It happened in Feb 04.... we called it "White Juan" because in Sept 03 (just a few short months before, we got hit with the worest hurricane to hit us in nearly 50yrs.... Juan.

I wish we had all that snow here in MN......I'd be rakin' in the cash workin doing snow plowing...Fantasic88 would break his back probably.....lol shoveling sidewalks.
