I'm really interested to see the finished project. props to you for actually spending the time and energy to do HID'* the CORRECT way. It'* not worth doing it if you're not going to do it right. Your patience will pay off in the end no doubt!

Not exactly. I've driven plenty of BMW'* with them though. I have one step below HID lighting, which would be Halogen projectors (yeah, stock). And yes, they do light the road better than the stock Bonneville headlights. Light is focused in one area instead of scattered.

It definately wasn't directed towards you. I'm a member on several different car boards and have seen HID conversions on several different vehicles. Some are done the 'correct' way, some 'are not.' I was giving him props for doing it the safest, most functional way. I did not know you even had HID'* before I made that post. I'm not interested in creating an argument, nor was I trying to stir one up.
