Psh, never too cold for tint. Good shops are heated and can do work year round.

Yea but outside is not heated and don't want it to freeze or something to go wrong!

I know a guy who tinted a car in his show when it was 10 degrees outside. Nothing bad happened. But, it'* your car and I don't blame you not wanting to take chances.
