If you really wanted to hit them hard in the pocket book, loosen their oil drain plug. It'll take days to weeks to fall out, but when it does - instant smoke screen & blown engine. Plus, it'* very easy to do and get away with.

Don't do anything to his car, and don't discuss that material in public forums any longer.
