Never met you in person and only recently talked to you on the phone, but as soon as I saw the post, my heart sunk....then, I opened the thread and saw the pictures and... words cannot express my feelings of both sorrow and rage. keep in mind you posted this in your ride, which is public, and im sure they were reading "www.bonnevilleclub.com" when they were scratching it off, and they might even be evil enough to come here and look and laugh......

Unfortuneatly the reality is that he will probably never find out who did it.
If he has insurance that covers vandalism and his deductible is less than the cost to repaint and repair, including a new BC Decal....what a desicration ....he should get some of the cost covered but will still be out his deductible.

People who vandalize are mindless cowards and are not even worth getting angry at. That only satisfies their actions.

I'll bet if you hadn't parked it so obviously protectionalistically...if such a word exists....they might have ignored it.

I'm really sorry. That'* even worse than having someone wreck your car because of the malicious intent. My car got scratched badly monday night too, but not that bad.

ya this is the worst vandalism in BC history....

I think it'* mostly the people who don't own thier own cars or drive thier parents cars around who go around and do things like this. They have no idea how much work and care went into the car, and how much one can be attached to it. They just don't know what it'* like to have a car of their own. People always ask me why I love my car so much (since it looks like a total POS with its lack of paint), and it'* just because I've spent my hard earned money and time making it what it is, and I can call it my own. I don't care that it looks like crap, I still get upset when I see a new scratch.

Just look on the bright side, it could have been ALOT worse.
