i am going to say its not stupid but not even close to clever .....and yes dbeast, he could be WOTY. I think I have seen more pics of his car than mine.

Here is my car after prom last spring. Spent all day making it look purdy. Then when I went to pick up the girl, it rained. When we left prom, it was like a blizzard, worst I drove in all year. Obviously they didn't salt/sand the roads because the winter had been over for quite some time....as a matter of fact, I had the chome on for almost a month.

So the nastiness in this pic is just from water spots and snow and such.

Now before you look......... this car was FULLY DETAILED not 15mins before this pic was taken. There was a detailing shop next to where I worked, so I have it cleaned (inside & out) and then drove home.... about 15mins away.

That'll give you some idea of the amount of salt they put on the roads up here....
