Rust Curse. Totalled.

It happened outside my work today and i saw it happen. My car was parked an I glance out the window and see my car rolling forward, first thought, someone stealing it? haha, no. then i see it stop suddenly when the parking break engages again. so then i go out and find this, i go to see the insurance adjustor tomorrow. totalled for sure?

if it was rolling forward, why is that back bumper damaged?
With how much rust is on that car, a ding in the bumper isn't something u should be too woried about IMO....

yeah, the car was rolling from the impact of the hit.
i only have liability on the car but the insurance of the people that hit me is going to pay for it. but i have no intentions of fixing it.
the money will hopefully go towards a different car. im still not sure if its going to be totalled or not, most likely not but since it was knocked out of park there may have been damage there so that might cause it to be totalled, who knows, the insurance people are being stupid as always

well, the car was totalled. they didnt want to repair anything because of the rust. we got $950 for it though! we would have gotten $1650 had it not been for the dent where my mom hit a pole. and they didnt take ANY money off for the rust 
but we bought it back from the insurance though. For $27!
