Ram Air Hood, opinions wanted please
I might have read it. But since I took the scoops off, I'm going to get sone tubing and force feed air that way to the airbox, until I get the intake. Then I'll keep the tubing and have it go to the cone filter. Eventually I'll come up with a heat shield/box for it, unless I can buy one somewhere.
What size are your hood scoops, they look awesome! Can you give me any info on purcashing a set for my 92'. I've seen a set on ebay for about $ 80.00 they're made by Lund and are from a store in Oklahoma.
The picture below in my signature is the most recent. I took the scoops off last week.
I'm selling mine to BonnieMN if he wants them, but yeah, I got mine for aroung $85 +tax (they were medium)
They're at http://www.lundlook.com but not sure on the price.

well you may not be. That green SSE was falling apart, holes rusted through the frame, every cooling system had some leaks or problems, the gas tank was bad, and the tranny went to complete cheese on me returning the car!!!!!! Good thing i went to the pre purchase inspection.... Barely got the car back!
That sucks! It'* a shame that had to happen. What about getting the SSEi? Is that still an option?
I have a rust hole but I love the car so much I'll spend the $800 or so to fix it. Unless I find a sweet a$$ SSEi for sale, but I haven't seen one for sale here in over a year!
