Bonnie wheels are wider then GP wheels...We had 225 series tires std, I believe earlier w bodies used to have 205 or 215. Also GP tires are lower profile then Bonnie ones, could be setting off your speedo. LakevilleSSEi has this going on.

no, W-body Grand Prix GTP 16" crosslace wheels are 8" wide....wider than the Bonneville crosslace wheels by 1". both wheels came from the factory with 225/60 tires. the '89-'90 ASC/Mclaren Turbo Grand Prixs (which also used the 16x8 crosslace wheels) used 245/50s stock!

my torque stars had 225/60, and the 16x8 crosslace wheels i have also have 225/60 tires....so speedo is not off.

Where did you take that pic BTW?
In this pic if you count from the left in the background the 4th car over is an SSE bonneville 88-91( White )
Buggy Bath car wash in Gillette Wyoming i knew some of you would notice the earlier SSE in the background lol.

FYI.....Yes the the GTP wheel is wider. The tires are the same size. Only reason I run lower than you do is because I'm running 55'* instead of 60'*.

Also those are not GTP wheels.....Well maybe they are if they're off a older (pre-97) GTP. I have GTP wheels also in gold. These are what mine look like:

Either way, I'm not a fan of the T-stars either....Or the straight crosslace like you have. My car came with the ghetto gold Bonne style on it and they had to go. But the silver croselace in the style I got will really give your car the more aggressive look if that'* what you're going for

Looking good though man!!

The crosslaces really worked nicely there...

But seriously guys, it'* all about the sexy body color matching rims...

Hahahha, do these ones even have a technical term?

Crosslaces look great but,I'm sure you'd have been a fan of T'stars if they had been chrome!!!
