Being that we are on this subject...
Does the witdth of the rim have any impact on the handling characteristics of the sidewall, being that both the 7" and 8" wear the same tire?
And did you notice any handling diffrence?

heck yeah big improvement. much less body roll now and rides smoother on the highway.
although, considering my old tires were shot, that probably had alot to do with the overall handling/ride improvement.
i'm seriously considering just keeping the 16x8s on the SSE...i like it more and more everytime i look at it. i'll just have to get another set of 16x8 crosslace wheels for my Cutlass later.
too bad i can't trade my Torque Stars straight across for some nice silver 16x7 Bonneville crosslace wheels...but can't afford shipping charges right now :(
