part 2 of trying to fix my rust holes


I used a small piece of aluminum from some siding that blew off my house and coated it in JB weld lmao




Shot from outside looking up into wheel well, the silver is the siding



heres a random shot of my engine without the plastic cover (im thinking about spray painting that orange, if anyone has any tips on that id appreciate it)

i had a hard time spreading it on there without it making the aluminum move off the hole, or the stick i was using sticking to it and i didnt want to put my fingers in it and getting covered in jb.. it was a pain in the ***, especially since i had to lug the subs out and lay in the trunk on my back to get to that.. hahah

Shoulda Jb welded a stick to the outer edge of the plastic and it woulda held still in the hole!..Sorry rednecks always find automotive uses for trees lol

i was using a paint stirring stick to spread it considering every scraper we own suddenly disappears when i need one.

NO put two sticks on the bottom of ur plastic and stick thru the hole with the siding so it cant move around as u cover it haha
