Jim, I would personally get the 96+, it has just about everything the 00+ does expect for the projecter headlights, and tail lights... Besides those the headlights, and tail lights would be an easy swap.

My Aurora is still nicer, I was pissed at my brake failure thats all. But there was a 97 or so STS listed with 180 000 kms for $9300 or so.

A 1996 with 140,000km for 9,600... exactly like my nieghbours, and same color too...
