Day four...Car came out of paint booth today and over to shop for two days of wet sanding/1000x, DA sanding/2000x, then some intense buffing and maybe pieces will be going back on by Friday
Sun wouldnt come out but took some pics. Really subdued till ya get 6-8 feet from it and design keeps getting more apparent and deeper. I did best with what I had and hopefully the sun will be out Friday for some better pics after buff. First pic should have been last. It'* the first step in a real finish.

the last pick is my driveway dont know how I'm gonna get her home

yoooooooou guessed it, those pads do that 20 miles after a car wash, they had the fitted wheel tarps on them
Can you believe how they sand off the "orange peel"
to make it like glass. I didnt know the detail these guys do on the finish till today.

The spoiler and side panels are painted and will be sanded and buffed on their own so everything will be clean.
One of many things that was cool, Andrew, was the original color is part of the paint job all the crevices blend right in as cranberry.
Good thing...... cause all that you mentioned has the transparent ("new age whatever the hell I spent $400 for body undercoating and armour ")
But it carries a 10 year warranty...From dealer.
GXP Owners please note the 2.5' cold air intakein front of fenderwell.....NOW thats a good thing, I'm gonna gut the middle wall of twin chambers and it should breath OK, JUST FINE

The Intense show and drag day is something I'm trying for. Got to have car all done and someone to watch house and over twenty animals. I want to enter car in show, then put bra on and get a some cautious runs in to gauge where I am in power.... Thanx Ryan, I cant say how pleased I am with it
