Well, it'* like 2 speeds: Fast and Oh my god! Hahaha I can get to ~65 before it even thinks about shifting!

I love the simplicity of those old cars. Not a lot of electronic stuff to go bad! Then there'* the badass factor... Hmmm

Your transmission is a 2 speed, but it is not a Powerglide. It is a Super Turbine 300. Don't rebuilds it. Swap a THM 350 into it. It bolts right in. Your car will thank you.

Because your car will perform much better with the 3 speed than the 2 speed.

Alright. I'll have to look into that. Besides swapping the tranny, what else would I have to do to make her work right?
