If never heard that before, I thought the TOGs were the better of the 2 and that the SLP'* were cheepier in quality and sometimes cause clanking.

That'* exactly what I want to do, just worried about jumping into that and having to buy a race tranny when my stock one dies shortly after the cam. That'* holding me back and leaning me towards rockers and 3.2. The rocker way is cheepier but I know I wont be 380-400hp either. decisions, decisions. Just curiosity, what is the install charge at intense for a cam?

This line also worries me some, I do want/NEED this car to last. I have time to figure out what I'll get.

I was quoted 300.00 for the cam, 500.00 install labor + 100.00 or so for gaskets.

The cam will give you about twice the hp the rockers will plus allow you to run the 3.0 to 3.1 pulley.

I talked to Scott a little more about it last night. The lope of the cam will set an SES every once in a while because the PCM wont like it. There are ways around this (pcm reburn, some sort of spoofing, etc...). As for the tranny you can beef it up a little wihtout buying the whole enchilada. Put in an intense input and output shaft and it will beef it up quite a bit.
