Default New HID and Dashboard Pics

Here are some new pics of my HIDs. Catz 5100k kit.

This is the best place to see the difference. Fogs on the bottom and HIDs on top.

You can't really tell the color difference here. When you look at the car it has more of a blue tint to the headlamps.

Left Ballast

Right Ballast

Who wanted dashboard pics?

I don't think I've ever seen a pic of your Ghetto Green and Gold bigger than your avatar until now!

Looks very nice!! Even my cheapo Hyper Whites made a huge difference on mine.

I wish I had that CD player

Looking good fuddy. I think you'll agree that once you have HID you wont go back to the dim Halogen.
That pic of the dash at night is sweet.

Wow.... nice eyes!!

How much did that kit set you back (if you don't mind me asking)?

I love the dash pic in the dark.... looks awesome.... looks like a true cockpit of a fighter jet.

Thanks, the kit was $500.

More expensive than some kits that retail for around $300-$400, but I felt that the Catz kit was the best bet, made in Japan, good reliability and reviews. It was a completely matched kit.

Let me know if you need any tips.

It'* tough to capture that slight blue color of the HID on film - The color of the lights is very white with a slight blue hint. Best place to see it is the reflection on the wall.

Green cars are traditionally bad luck (racing thing, Harry Gant proved 'em wrong in the Skoal Bandit), but that looks SWEET!! Nice car Fud!!
