Default My new white gauges UPDATED. whats your opinion

Ok well this weekend i set out to change my gauges from red to white and although they look decent right now there is still some work to be done, thanks to harofreak for all the help.
i have a few questions but first here is what i did

Basically what i had to do was take apart off the gauge film from the cluster which was not hard at all i just used a putty knife and a heat gun, Then i had too peal off the glue to get to the film and then i scraped off the film, i only did it in spots neccesary and it took about a hour to get it done. Then i had to change the bulbs....heres where the difficulty began.

The leds i ordered fit perfectly its just that the old 194 bulbs were a pain to take out, and i ended up messing up almost all the sockets for the bulbs, i thought to myself, no problem, ill just solder...which worked for 3 of the 5 bulbs. now i have either 2 bad connections or 2 bad bulbs, i have no clue. Is it true that if a bulb is put on the wrong way it wont work?, well atleast for led'*. The led'* that do work are actually too bright but i can fix that.

Last issue, the guages themselves. I had to take the needles off to take the gauge film off and basically no half the needles dont move or struggle to move. Is there a certain way to put them back on? You can see in the picture below that the needle is stuck at 50mph

Questions:
How do i fix those two bulbs,
What do i do about the needles on the gauges
Is there any way to distribute the light better, i can see everything fine, i just dont like the bright spots.

pictures are blurry, i took them with my cell phone

old gauge film

no more glue

i got led replacements that go in the sockets but when i took the old bulbs out i broke the wire at the bottom so the sockets are useless now. Do u think the ones that dont work are bad bulbs or bad connections, also have u ever heard of a bulb not working because it was put in wrong

As far as light distribution, i can fix that i think, ill keep updating this,

i do know if you put an LED in backwards, it wont work. normally you dont have to worry about it though because the incandescant bulbs dont care. just flip the non working bulbs around, and see if that works.

www.autolumination.com i bought the 5 led bulbs (194)

i just finished fixing all the bulbs and now they work fine and they look awesome, ill take pics tommorow night, right now im doing a project for school. Those needles were pressed on too hard but i got some to work, the rest still dont, is there any specific way to put they back on, it seems to be stuck at 50 mph, and no gas
