I made mine from scratch and covered it with duct insulation. You don't have to go that far if you don't want to. The main thing is to keep the hot engine bay air out of the intake. Hot air going in can give you more KR and loose power.

well then, since Friday is my birthday AND payday, guess what ill be doing 
because now that you mention it , i do notice a power loss after driving it a bit, not much but I notice it.
