ok, other mods...3 inch Flowmaster Exhaust. Thrasher heads, pistons, and 222 Cam. polished intake. Manley valves. K1 Technologies forged aluminium rods. MAP Engineering Throttle Body Spacer. Bosch platnium plugs, Accel custom 8mm wires. Warlbro - In line fuel pump 255 lph. Lucas 42lb fuel injectors. B&M shift improvement kit.
punched out .30 over as well.

driverjohn2005, I think that color was offered in 96 and 97 only.
Gumball, those are rims from a 97 SSE and they are stock aluminium, not painted to match the body color. I found the rims in a junkyard for 100 dollars with a set of new dunlops on them... what a steal.
willwren, I used black racing tape to go around the headlights. as far as help on my intake, the only thing left that can be done is blow it, turbo or nitous. I put my car on a dyno at a local shop, 270 hp @4500 rpm and 280 fpt@ 4500 rpm, good enough for getting me to work on time and yes I do need to make the 3800 stand out, I fully agree.

Do you have proof of those dyno numbers? That seems extremely high for a modded NA L36. Meaning you would be making about 300-310hp to the crank.

yes I do have the slips and when I find them I will be happy to post them for you. I run into alot of people that get so surprised when I tell them or show them my numbers. you can get crap loads of power from a 3800. you just have to know what your doing. I have seen a series 2 NA put out 400 hp. boring it out to the max and running 12.1 compression has something to do with it.

oh shoot, I did not see that rule and sorry for breaking it, I will get those slips asap.
and the NASCAR 3.8 was offered in the GM performance plus catalog, I think it was 1999 or 2000. they wanted 6 grand for a short block.

Please PM me proof that this is actually the dyno sheet from your car. We've had more fake dyno sheets on this Forum than I'd care to admit.

Please PM me proof of paying for the dyno time, video, or pics of you at it. Right off the bat, those curves look a little funky to me, but I'll reserve judgement until you show me what you got.

Pics of the build and mods are also required at this time (via PM). False claims go nowhere here, any outlandish or 'somwhat out there' claims will be scrutinized by Admins.

11.0 is would seem to be to rich for an N/A car to really make good power.

What gear did you dyno in and how did you get the pull started at 2k without downshifting?
