The auto dimming mirror is my second favorite feature in my car. I think you'll enjoy it.

how hard will the auto dim mirror be to install? are the wires already their?

yup the harness is attached to the back of the mirror, you will need the harness, there are 2 connections, one that plugs in to the mirror and then another connection. I think that I will use the wiring for the sunroof (I dont have) in my A pillar on the passenger side, I hope that has RAC power

Folks without the Moonroof should have a power lead that leads to the accessory plug they could use.

Mine'* got a plug up there anyways, not sure what other years did or didn't

I want one of them mirrors.....

yup ive got that plug, I'm guessing that has power when the key is on...........hopefully

my bad that is RAP retained accessory power..RPO KP2, everything in the car has power unitll the door is opened or it is timed out

just checked the FSM for the moonroof the Pink wire is hot in Run and during retained accessory power....good this means that the mirror will function when the key is on and shut off after the RAP is off
