How to : installing a auto dim mirror
to install a auto dim mirror you will first need to have the mirror and the harness
here is the connector that comes off of the mirror harness, the Pink and Black stripe is power green goes to the reverse signal in the shifter and the black is your ground
this is the harness the plugs onto the mirror
and the mirror connection
you will probable have to add wire to the connector, i and just using the power and the ground
and then the harness and the connector with the extra wiring
to do this install you will have to drop the headliner a bit
To do this you will need to remove the A pillar trim first
when you remove the A pillar you will find the wiring that leads to the sunroof module that has power when the ket is in run, and RAP
the you will need to remove the sun visor by pulling the clip on the one side
and the screws on the other side
the mirror just pulls down out of the headliner
I used a quick connect fron the wiring to the factory wiring
run the wires up the A pillar and then into the headliner, install the mirror onto the window.
and the finshed product.........
just reverse the process for reinstallation...and they enjoy your autodim mirror
