Ah! That'* the spirit! Show the White Curse who'* in charge!
Please send some after repair pics, or better yet, some Work In Process pics. Maybe we can learn from your body panel change overs.

Sorry to hear about your car. The main thing is you're okay, and my bet is you will have it fixed up after a bit of hard work.

Perhaps a local body shop can help you with some of the panel alignment. Sometimes it'* tricky to get the lines just right, but if you get it close, they can likely shim it up for you for a reasonable price.
When I rebuilt an Integra I used to have, I replaced the front end, and got it about 80% there. They adjusted it for me, and got it lined up great for very little.

Maybe you can call it Guinevere II. (Second life)

Glad also to hear your folks weren't upset, as they shouldn't have. It was an accident, after all!

well the accident was completly on my own stupidity, looking back i'm not quite sure what I was thinking pullin that turn...

but w/e, what happened happened, nothings gonna change that...

the alignment, yeah, we're gonna try to do it mostly ourselves, if we have to we'll go to a shop, but I have an FSM for it so I should be fine if im tryin to figure it out. I had the Rear rim remounted and balanced today, and i started to think about replacing the panels also but i figured i can't be working on the car all night and it can't stay inside, it'll be a mess-load easier if I do the doors and front fender at the same time, its easier to access with the rest off...

as for pictures there are more coming, i got a couple now...

just some more pictures that didn't get posted and or taken yesterday:

after sitting in the garage for one night....

back outside for a while:

dad thought it would be funny to take an Axe to the fender then carve our name in it

detecting more light problems :(

My replacement parts / mini junkyard:

Parts car when I was done with it, (more pictures of it in the for sale section soon)

well, the parts car i know was wrecked by looking at it, and the fender and doors i have you can tell they were replacement parts on that car and were repainted, so the color is off anyway :?

o well

on the plus side, i do like the gold pinstripes better than my black ones

Grab the tranny cooler off that parts car, I don't see one on yours.

I got a tranny cooler already...

but eitherway, she'* back on the road, after replacing the doors and fender and screwing with the turn signal, i had some prolems with it not blinking. it blinks now after i got new bulbs, but it blinks slower than the other side, probaly because the connection isn't that great. The tree broke the wire for the corner light so i had to reconnect it and i just used a couple of thoes twisty wire connecters. i'll go back and solder the connections sometime later, i just wanted it back on the road.

i'm kinda dissappointed with the parts i picked up cuz the parts car was definatly wrecked before in the same area and it had replacement parts on it and repainted, but its definatly better than having a green bumper blue doors and black fender or something. im gonna be running without passenger side trim panels for a while untill i get that crap cleaned up some more and shining, and im gonna paint the top edge of where the trim panel would cover because the dark red color shows in some places...

and she'll need an alignment to

i'll change my sig back once i get home
