installed the FWI with a bit of help tonight. one of the screws wouldnt stay in so i went to home depot and bought some new screws, washers, and a nut that was a bit longer. im extremely satisfied with it.

i noticed an improvement, but only a small one. its got a louder but healthy sound during acceleration which i dont mind a bit.

You'll really notice the difference once ya get all the other goodies on there

Yeah I couldn't feel much difference in the butt dyno with only the FWI, but the oh the SOUND !! When'* your pulley going on?

well see when i get a pulley puller. bills is on the way, im told.

will the base of the filter rest on the round part that it goes through? or does it just fall through on the 00+?

It rests inside the fender.

me and brianj are installing mine tomorrow night looking forward to it, thanks for the pics, give me a better idea how to do it
