Thanks for reminding me.

Colin.. you are not allowed back at my house until that positive battery cable hack job is changed out with a new cable.

And yeah..if you want Bill to kill you.. put the remote out of sight where I have no way of ever finding it.

Why have a remote if it'* tougher to reach than the radio itself?

The reason your hood pops up now: remember back. You told me in your excitement; you started jacking the car up by your radiator support, which caused the fan cowls to rub. Probably when I pounded your support so it wouldn't rub the fans. That aligned the hood latch.

He did that a second time? He started lifting the car that way to drain the coolant. I "recognized" the sound and suggested a different location.

The hood always releases, but it'* back to popping only half the time. Minor annoyance at worst.

Checking in ... Did you do that Friday oil change?

BTw I know you had no real reference with it being your first time inside a motor. Here'* a few shots fromthat Regal'* motor. This is what the parts can look like at their best. The rockers we put into your car are the average coloration etc for parts that are heated in oil all the time.

Yes, I did. I put about 800 miles on that first oil change. It drained like coffee. Unfortunately, there was dirt already in my oil pan (I left mine at home), but there were no metal chunks, so I guess we're good. Oil changes will now be every 2500 miles until further notice or my car loves me again.
