That would be my cord for my whistler radar/laser detector. I used to keep it all wraped up but it became a lot easier to transfer it between cars with the cord free like that. They sort of make a U type shape when they hang down.

Yes, I like it a lot, and it has saved me from getting a ticket on more than one occasion. So, after court costs and loss of lisence and insurance rates going up I figured that it would pay for itself if it saved me from getting even 1 ticket.
