I think those are LEDs around the outside.
How do you like the gimmicky button that lights up the "eyes" Ryan? I thought it was kind of cheesy, but now I figured out all sorts of things to do with that whole button/battey combo.

Do those have just one LED at the bottom to light the eyes or is it a few all around?

Looking further at these bulbs id say... High intensity discharge bulb on the bottom then few open coils of fiber optics ... I see a coil around the outside.. I dunno what you guys see.

They aren't HID, just some normal blue-er fog lights with a plastic ring around that'* lit up. It has notches in it so you see the light.

HID is about 400 for a very basic kit. Smellbird has HID lights on his, and damn they are bright!

How are these being powered in the pic? Off your computer? It is a 12v system...
