Default Cool Ocean Breeze- Park Ave

What a beautiful warm day with a nice breeze coming off the ocean!
Took a hwy drive to test the new oil pressure sensor, and all is dry/good.
Stopped for lunch in a small town where they had great food.
Even though they had some good hot chili, I decided on a peppercorn steak instead and a cold beer...

That snow sure looks awesome! It was over 100 again today and no relief in sight so they say. I SOOOOOOOOOO miss the ocean. Being landlocked sucks!! And the ride is looking snappy too!!

Thanks Jason. In the mountains, AC Compressor really robs power, drove windows down.
William, Yup Molson Canadian, went down real smooth!
Stephen also Thanks! The sun was warm breeze was cool, nothing beats a perfect day to cruise!
I guess in Vegas AC is a must in summer.
Last time I was there at Excalibur and went outside, it sure brought a whole new meaning to the word "HOT"

Looking good Art, the mountains look so majestic, especially when highlights by sucks a sweet looking Park Ave!
I really need to get out there and detail mine, it is long overdue, I have put it off because every time I clean it, within a day or two the damn trees cover my car with pollen again.
I could also use another paint job, but I do not have another 1,300.00 to have it done, I am sure I could pay less and have it returned to the basic maroon, but I love my metallic flaked deepened candy apple red!

I know what you mean about trees William. It is hard work to keep my PA Clean too.
I think if you were to spend half a day even with a wash & some detailers, you could pleasantly bring the shine to that fine metallic paint on your PA as well.
I really wouldn't worry about a repaint. When cars gets get older, they dont have to be perfect, mine is far from that, but it is still nice to bring the clear coat up a bit!
I am almost wanting to cheat (me super lazy) this fall and pay someone to do a pro detail job to the Park Ave. Starting with clay bar and ending with the best polish they got!
That way I can get through a whole winter & hopefully only wash it !

Only reason I worry is in some places I have chips where I can see the black primer coat, and that makes me worry about possible oxidization, and rusting, at least I cannot see bare metal, so it may hold up for a while.

If you still have the paint code # how about some exact match touch up paint ..
for those chips? I know body shops can get real close if not perfect even faded.
