Cold Air Intake.......Is IT supposed to look like this????
This was the best pic I had.
www.ajusa.com rocks....great customer service and they notified me the same day I ordered the filter that it wasn't in stock and also let me know when it came in and when they shipped it out!!!! Filter was 60.20 for filter and 2 day promotinal K&N shipping.
Filter was sitting in the living room when I got home and I heard it calling "install ME!!!!!
Autozone rice pipe,K&N RX-4750,stock air tube,2 1/2 ft. of reflectex,1/4 roll reflectix aluminum tape,extended IAT sensor w/ 2 pcs of 16 ga.wire.
2 butterfly closures,neosporin and a really big Band-aid for closing up the gash in my leg after busting my A&& in the dark tripping over the G*****N stock airbox that was sitting behind a milk crate used as a table to hold my socket set.
Went for a test ride after bandaging my leg and BOY DOES SHE SOUND ALL PRETTY!!!!!
Definately worth the TIME,MONEY and PAIN!!!!!!

Yep,it is the stock tube. Couldn't find a reducer so I "cheated" and got the idea for the IAT extension from another post.
The filter is killer!!!!!!!!! K&N RX-4750 with IAT in the base of the filter. The hole is too small so I found the best thing suggested was a soldering gun to make the hole a little bigger.
Sounds SOOOOO good!!!!!!!!
