Default Changes to my Bonnie

Today I went to the yard and found a few goodies. Found a strut tower brace someone else removed and left lay. It looked like they were after a master cylinder. I also found an ignition swap. I checked my old magnavox coils and they read 12k on 2 of the coils and 25k on the other. A lot smoother idle now. I am sure it will help the gas mileage too.

My whole purpose of going was to find a starter. I got everything for $40. Feel like I got a pretty good deal. Hopefully the starter will last a few months.

Here are some pics and I threw in a couple videos for the sounds too.

Exhaust sound

Engine sound

Haha, I swear our cars are close to perfectly idetical Except you have the miles I did when I bought the car 2 years ago. All I need is an STB and better paint

My starter quit at about the same mileage. And it looks like your Alternator is new as well. Looks very nice I might add.

Engine sounds really nice.

Excellent mods.

Good finds.

I assume you had an alignment done after installing that strut bar?

if you don't budge the car and move the strut bolts, there should be nothing to worry about alignment wise.
