Default anyone debating about doing the headlight mod? (no 56k)

maybe this will help make up your mind. i purchased the sylvania cool blue 9005'* and decided to put one in and compare before i did both. (drivers side was replaced first in case you cant tell )





whatcha think?

i think your fog lights are out of adjustment :P

the cool blues are good, many perfer the silverstar, but if you got em then use em

there all 55watts, so there all the same temp

Although from other member'* experiences, they don't seem to last as long in 2000+. I've had them in my 94 for 3 years without any of them burning out or melting anything (and my car is Canadian too, so that means daytime running lights, so they get a lot more use)

Sylvania is Silverstars...I think you mean Cool Blue vs Silverstars??

If in that case...my experience the Cool Blue was almost half the price...but I'd much rather have the Silverstars

My Cool Blues just burned out the other day after 2 1/2 years in my 01 bonnie, but for some reason Canadian Tire isn't carrying them any more so i had to go with the SS thanks to my hubby. The SS are bright enough, but i like the white of the Cool Blues.
Just my opinion ...
