Yup they included it will the car. At first I was like wheres the plate cover five mins later I was holding it. Is that hard to put on? I hope/bet not. It is not legal in Iowa to have no front plate. Trust me otherwise it would be on the car what a fashion emergency.

that never stopped me...aside from the fact that I took the plate out last winter when I backed of a snow drift in a parking lot...license plate came with it..never had an problems without the front though.

I had my plate in the window while parked in Queens NY and got a ticket for it the next day. If your state requires a front plate they want it attached to the front bumper at all times!!
