Just as a thought, the lens on your camera looks like it needs to be cleaned and that in its self might help reduce the glare of the sun that you have in the background. I personally would leave the licence plate in the picture and "edit" it to say someting

Nope it is clean, fyi I took that pic in JULY... I have lots of camera stuff and a lenes cleaning kit is something I do have. My closest is full of 35mm SLR stuff. In a year or so I wanna ad a Pentax digital SLR!
