I cleaned my garage and dropped the Bonneville onto all four wheels. A performance shop has a 20' x 30' spare space for me, so that'* its new home. This is a pre-tow post.

The Bonneville had been lifted by an engine hoist onto jack stands that were on cement blocks, and I didn't have the hoist today. So, I duct-taped the 94'* strut bar to a sheet of strand board, and I duct-taped the board and bar to a Cadillac wheel & tire I had used on the Bonneville. Then, I put the strut bar on my tiny jack and used the wheel as a spacer to reach my car.

It'* been outta sight while buried in the garage. The bill for this office space with the attached garage will surely be visible, so I'll stay on target. A side benefit is that there'* more room in my garage now.

Ah yes, I rescued someone else but didn't update. Now I've forgotten who was rescued. Well, at least the 94 will have better and more frequent updates.

Clean up the garage? It'* clean now, and the shop just has my STEi in it. I'm heading out to do some work on it. I can't guarantee there will be pictures, but there will certainly be progress.

Where I last left off, the 94 was dropped off inside a small and otherwise completely empty garage. Though I had promised an awesome race shop setting, I posted pictures of a basic garage because the race shop wasn't heated. However, now with warmer weather and whatnot, here are pictures that will catch you up to what I had done at the small place and how I moved to a huge area.

The basic story is that with how the car was raised and with the max lift of the engine hoist, I couldn't lift out the combo and had to jack up a jack to reach. Also, the torque axis mount was the last thing holding in my engine (and power steering lines). Then, I had some friends come by and help me pile up stuff on carts and pallet jacks. I used the STEi'* hood, upside down on a pallet jack, as a base for stuff.
