Had to go the VW dealer this morning. I followed with the GP. On the way a brake line went. The dealer fixed it for me. On the way another brake line went. FML
This is the one I had to replace.

So now that it is replaced it'* pouring rain and I have to bleed the brakes. Hopefully that will take care of everything.

850 Miles this past weekend. The car did great. I averaged 26.0 MPGs for the entire trip. Cruising on the highways I was over 30mpgs.
Turning down my street to come back home the muffler falls off lol.
I got that welded back up today.

Sure is purty.
Today I also replaced the two front struts and had it aligned. Drives pretty nice, but I noticed it needs new sway bar bushings. I need to get those replaced before winter.
I would like to get some poly ones.

I purchased some new housing. That are better suited for HID upgrades over the stock GP mini-quad headlights.

Then I got an HID kit that fit the new housings.
Old and new housings with the HID bulb going in the new one.

And now your headlights looking cool.

You'll wonder why you didn't get them sooner. haha. After I got mine, it felt so strange being in a car that didn't have HID'*. Even when I upgraded my 4300k'* to 6000k, I noticed a big difference. The blue tint is really cool, and it helps a lot when driving at night. I actually find the blue lights up things better than the white did.
