Well Jim you could always borrow Willren when you need a tripod lol j/k. I love your car. Remember when i got my first 04 it was galaxy silver, i would still have it too if it started when i wanted it to lol. Only thing missing in your pics is the fogs being on but your car is the 2nd car of my dreams(speaking affordably). Do you ever have problems with your car not starting on the first try, that is using the electronic ignition just flipping the key? Mine will start then die every once in a while unless my foot is on the gas, it never does it with the remote starter though. PS, those rims look awesome on your car. The compG came with the painted calipers and such already right? I need to PM you with some questions lol

Bill and I are probably the same height... I've never had a problem starting my car (thank god, I have enough problems in my life). The CompG rims are pretty sweet, but I'm taking them off, decided to roll with SSEi swoops wrapped by 255'*.

The Comp does have factory painted calipers...yes. I got your PM, I'll reply shortly

Moshi..kick *** link, thank you. It simply puts the camera in tension...neat.

That string-based stabilization is cool, I'm not sure how much help it does for camera bodies that already have it, would be good to try.

Got together with a few local GP guys after dinner today for an hour or so. Meets seems to come together in mere minutes with these guys. My focus was obviously the 04+ models.

Nice meet. What did you talk about? I could tell your car from the one right next to it only by the wheels. That last picture has the first few license plates really shining!

I'm loving the second picture down from your first post. The lighting is amazing.

Haha well hope the link helps somebody. I thought it was pretty cool, but I don't even have a camera to use it with. Just keep tension on the string and so long as it'* not stretchy string, it works great.

Even with cameras that have image stabilization, it'* also not a bad idea to use a 2 second timer for each picture: this eliminates the possibility that pressing on the shutter-key will push the camera, causing it to mis-aim or move out of your intended line of focus. (this is a good technique to tell someone who has a tendancy to cut people'* heads off in pictures... haha my mom did that all the time till I told her to do this)

That way you've got all the time to focus on holding the camera still and just wait for the shutter.
