I've been guilty of doing that in the past. I don't do that stuff anymore though.

Reminds me of driving down I-696 around Detroit, if anyone is familiar with it.

about the horn thing it looks like they are some where like kuwait and i just got back from there and alot of ppl wid the mercedes, lambos and audis drive like that so they are prolly just used to it

that'* probably exactly it. alot of those countries (i have family in similar areas) don't enforce road rules too much...so people can get away with that. a bit silly and dangerous...but i've done silly things before...
