The car the suspect hit was lucky to come out of that without spinning around.

i saw an extended version of this vid and this is what happened

the suv was on the on ramp and tried to pass a car on the right shoulder but it didnt get far enough over so i clipped the car which spun it to the left and you saw the result.

i dont know if it was some jacka** or a police chase. id assume police chase.

I hope that man was dead before he got run over.
