Although I am die hard GM, and for the longest time I wanted a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am, in the summer of 2004 I found myself behind the wheel of the competition. Even though I never got to drive the Trans Am it only took one ride in the Cobra to convince me that this was the car I had to have.

Sometimes I think what might have been but I'm pretty happy with my decision. Here are some pics and a list of what I have done.

2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra
4.6 dohc V8
112 Roots Type Supercharger (basically the same as the M60 and M90 on 3.8'*)
Intercooler and heat exchanger
Independent rear supspension
blah blah blah

I've done a couple mods like intake, exhaust, shifter, interior etc,,,
The car make 429rwhp and 400rwtq

I was the same way untill I got this one. They were always slower than the GM'* and didn't have the style. Ford really did there homework with this one.

I'm a huge fan of the stang! Nice car and sweet video. We of course do not condone racing or breaking the motor vehicle laws!

That car sounds exactly like the BB Mustang Steve McQueen drove in Bullitt. I have a centifugal */C on my Mustang so it sounds a little different.

I had a 2003 10th Anniversary Black coupe that a nice lady total'd for me 11 months after I bought it and 3 weeks after I paid it off. Not sure exactly what mods you have done. Mine made 474whp and 512wtq. Enjoy her. She will eat the tires quickly tho.

PS. As long as things go correctly I plan to replace my 03 Cobra with an 09 in the fall.
