there would have been no way to catch him. my dad is a retired cop and he once told me a story about when they were trying to catch this guy on a crotch rocket speeding. to make a long story short he passed by wherer my dad was sitting and the only thing my dad could radio in was "he was wearing a brown jacket" hahahaha funny story
No need to try and catch him... idiots like that eventually crash anyway, and would almost certainly be killed at those speeds!
And now that I watch it again, that was a total setup too (rider knew the squad car was parked there)... one buddy was waiting at the starting point (onramp), and another at the stopping point (offramp).
