My 86' Monte Carlo SS
Hey there,
It'* been about two or three years since I have been by this website. I "had" a 1998 Bonneville SSEi, but ended up crashing it about a year ago. In any case I have a new bad boy which is my Monte Carlo SS, I hope you like it!

Anyway'* hope you like the car, it'* my baby now. I still love the Bonneville'*, too bad I wrecked mine :(

Love those cars...
Is that a Ramjet Small Block?
I know they used the 305 Tuned Port Injection High Output, but don't remember them using a 350...
Is that the original motor?
That car looks freaking great... I miss those cars

Nice car,
Jr is right, the motor is not original...at least not in that configuration. Rochester E4MC was the standard induction... I could swear that TBI was also available at the end of production, but Multi-port fuel injection was not (though there are plenty of Monte Carlo'* running around with TPI manifolds "borrowed" from F-Bodies and Vettes.)
Still, whoever swapped did a nice job of it. I've never seen an LT1 style intake that sits that high..looks like an extension to the plenum was added to it...kinda like GM'* crate 502 Ram-Jet motor.

Very sharp looking car! I know someone who had a white one about the same vintage (+/- one year). His had the T-Roof. I like that body style much better than the new ones.
