Hrm, I'd have to look into this, I have a 4T80E and I've never heard of this PAS system. Then again I wouldn't recommend manually shifting through the gears.

Nothing beyond just saying what it is. All I have is personal experience with a '98 STS, '96 STS etc. Like I've said, every N* powered car I've driven has done it. I can get video if needed to show what I mean.
