I'm with the two above (does two mean dumb and dumber? lol)
Lowest common denominator is very true as well.
And many forums suggest cat deletes to make the mouse fart a little louder. Whereas we can't make $200 on any of our memebers (Yeah..I tried...right Matt?)

I was a cop, so I can understand some of what they're going through. It ain't an easy job. And they catch it from both directions. People that get pulled over hate 'em (usually the ones that deserve to be pulled over the most are thebiggest haters). Then they got their bosses riding their buts about what the community leaders want them to crack down on that day......

I understand the smog issue and in cali they have to get smog checks, it get very expensive to swich back and forth
to pass as you must pay to take the test each time, pass or fail to get your registration.
So long as you can pass the tests they should just leave you alone but what im just pointing out is that
Wealth and Privilege is alive and well in cali .
PS: Im in no way of bashing the police they have a tough job to do and they didn't write the law there are doing there job to enforce the laws,
its just the law in the books I have an issue with.

I've been to Cali several times because of my job and you gotta realize that the "tuner" crap started in Cali. So unless you live in Cali, take the # of ricers you see on an average day and multiply it by at least 20 times and thats what its like in Cali. The cops there pull these guys over all over the place. It'* funny because they have all this crime in L.A. and every night over there you see these ricers getting pulled over at least 1 every 2 miles on the highways. It'* disturbing.

i mean thats how all cops bag ya...they pull ya over for one small thing then look for every possible little thing they can add on to it (never happened to me but all my friends)...i just feel that if your car can pass inspection then let it be, u dont have to be pulled over at every corner because ur car "looks" modded

i look at it this way. the cops arent out to get me. their people, just like me, tryin to do their job. the difference is this: when they dont do their job, people can die. so if i get pulled in illinois over got going the exact same speed as everyone around me (65 in a 60, lets say), and the cop asks to see my drivers license, my friends drivers license (who wasnt driving, and in fact, was asleep), my registration, and repetedly asks me if i own my 96 green bonneville with a column shifter, as well as what ive got in my trunk, im not miffed. even when the cop asks to look in my trunk after i eplained that, being a week before christmas, i was tranferring christmas presents home at the end of the semester, hes doing his job. hes trying to protect everyone else, and i sure as hell am not going to stand in his way. call it letting myself get invaded or whatever, but im not breaking the law. the cop doesnt know that, hes just trying to ensure no one gets killed by me. oh, "dual" exhaust from a 98 camaro.
point is, the vast majority of cops arent just sitting around turning their evil mustaches in their hands trying to come up with some new way to screw average Joe out of every cent. just a working guy trying to help everyone else out. they deserve the benefit of the doubt.
