Going to be simillar setups too, I suspect your magnaflows to be abit more raspy than the flowmaster growl?
We need Xac to chime in with a vid clip now

I suspect that the video sound does not do it justice.
The Magnaflow design is identical to Borla like I run on my Jeep and of course the Magnaflows on my Formula.
Flowmaster uses baffles and chambers to deflect and absorb sound whereas Magnaflow design is like the silencer on a gun, straight thru like a resonator.
No raspiness but it will be louder and you will hear each piston popping.

I never said we could not outflow our exhaust. Up to about 400 crank horsepower they don't seem to be much of a limitation but after that I started to notice some KR at the top of the gear. This seems to be gone now with the more open exhaust.

Might be a bit much for your car. You have to remember the other 2 guys doing this flow a LOT more and make ALOT more power. You COULD lose your bottom end power going too big. We had a 95SSEi do that (very closely rated to your S2) and he lost low end.

I plan on running low 13'* very soon, and am just exploring options for when I start pushing the limits of the current exhaust system. Right now all that'* been opened up is the cat, and I have some PEMs on the way. :P

Sounds pretty sweet. No raspyness .
What kind of manual cutout do you have on there?

That whine is unlike anything I've ever heard! Awesome!! Are those borla tips? They look identical to the ones I had on my old '95 TA.

Joe.
