Can I put 1999 trans am wheels on a 1999 buick century and is there a way to make it work

If the bolt patterns do not match your Buick, then it would be necessary to use an adapter. But that would cause your wheels to push out further than normal. May make it look stock car like.

This is what an adapter looks like...

A simple Google search for wheel adapter will give you a couple of sites that sell them.

You need to find out your Trans Am size and your Buick size before ordering them.

Moved to Wheels and Tires section for better visibility.

fwd gm'* are 114.5 and rwd cars are 120.7. the big problem is offset, the buick wheels can be used on a firebird with adapters but if you put the firebird wheel on the buick with a lug adapter it would end up about 4inches outside the fender

I agree the pcd of the rims will be the problem. But there is way, you can install a pcd converter as Mike1995 posted.
