Question Mastertech II and TLC

I purchased a Mastertech II and was trying to use techline connect wireless/p2p but after i select the scanner it is random if it builds the vehicle or how far it goes after that. If it builds the vehicle i can open gds2 but when i select to scan all modules returns No Communication and all of them, same with going into each module individually. Tech2Win works just fine so does data bus diagnostics tool. Using usb cable on the other hand it all works as it should. I've tried contacting Bosch and GM about this with no help. GM gives no support whatsoever and Bosch says the issue is in the Techline connect software after going though and diagnosing the MTech2 and the wireless/p2p functions to be working. I was really hoping to use the p2p as moving my desktop is out of the question. Anyone run into this issue and if so how did you fix it?

Update: After checking different computers now the USB connection is doing the same thing. Bosch still says its a software issue not their hardware.

I haven't seen this issue.

Is this a new unit or a used unit?

Sounds like time to kick it to them for warranty . . . ?

. . . and if Bosch says it is the software, what is the fix?

A brand new unit with a known software issue should be no-questions-asked to get fixed or replaced.

They say its a software thing on GM side because the computer connects to it and TLC is able to select it then stops working. Again it works just fine in Tech2Win and Data Bus Diagnostics Tool. I haven't tried to rent SPS or GDS2 as i dont know if they come packaged with TLC or as a standalone. If anyone could inform me on that maybe ill give it a try. If Standalone and they work just fine then the issue is with TLC weither its a GM or Bosch issue and needs to be fixed still though.

If you purchased this through Matco, why aren't you seeking support via them? If you have crappy rep, let me know and I can get with mine and see if we can get the ball rolling.
