It depends on the rep. A company can have just the best guy and the next guy is the worse.

Agreed. Our SnapOn guy is a nice guy, but his business ethics/showing up consistently does need work. Our Matco rep, is awesome. Granted, neither of them carry tools for HD/commercial trucks, but that'* fine.
