Default Looking for my dads old truck in VA area

Hey guys I hope y’all can help me. My dad passed away a little over a year ago and before that he had sold his truck that I grew up in about 7 years ago. I had a dealership run a VTR report and I traced that to a guy in Crowley, TX, then he sold it to a guy in NRH, TX, and he sold it to his sister in law in TN, and she sold it to somebody in VA but is having trouble finding his contact info. I would like to reach out to him and see if he would interested in selling it to me becuase that truck means a lot to me and my family. I was wondering if anybody up there works in a dealership that could run the vin and see or if anybody had any connections that could get me in touch with him. I would greatly appreciate any help guys! This is the picture the day it left the driveway. It’* a 1990 GMC Sierra 1500. Feel free to comment on the post or send me a message.

You were raised in a truck? I lived in a car for awhile.

I'll play devils advocate and say, you should probably not look for it. Even if you do find it, what are the chances it will be remotely close to how it was when you parted ways with it? If its been completely flipped(body work done) it will only tarnish the memories you had with it.
